Pheromones are naturally occurring, odorless chemical substances a sexually attractive body excretes externally, conveying information to and triggering responses from the same species. The responses to 1OX will be from women.

Product Information

Athena Pheromones 10x is an odorless aftershave/cologne additive containing synthesized human male pheromones in SD 40 alcohol, not an aphrodisiac. A vial of 5ml added to 60-120ml of alcohol-based, NON-SPRAY fragrance worn on the face daily or at least every other day SHOULD LAST 4 TO 6 MONTHS. (The correct quantity fills half the vial.) Because body chemistries vary 1OX is not guaranteed to work for every man; it will work for most. Some men notice results in a few days; others may need up to 6 weeks for full effect. Caution: For external use only. Do not use if allergic to alcohol-based toiletries. Use only in splash-on products; not sprays or creams. Patent Pending.

About Dr. Winnifred Cutler

Dr. Cutler earned her Ph.D. in biology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and did her postdoctoral work in behavioral endocrinology at Stanford University in California. Her co-discovery of human pheromones in 1986 triggered national media coverage in Newsweek (1/12/1987), Time and US News and World Report (both 12/1/1986), and a front-page story in the November 1986 Washington Post, because it established the first scientific proof that pheromones affect the relationship between men and women.

In one of her books, Love Cycles: The Science of Intimacy (Villard/Random House 1991) she chronicles her discovery of human pheromones, discusses “The Hormonal Symphony of Men”, and helps readers who are already in relationships to enjoy greater intimacy and improve their sexual lives. Another book she wrote for women would help men understand what women do and don’t want in romantic relations.

In Searching for Courtship: A Smart Woman’s Guide to Finding a Good Husband (Villard/Random House 1993) she teaches women how to enjoy the process of finding a good husband starting from the biological basis. In Menopause: A Guide for Women and Those Who Love Them and in Hysterectomy: Before and After she helps women experiencing fundamental hormonal and physiological changes take care of their wellbeing.

Athena Institute Pheromones

The launching in September 1993 of Athena Pheromone 10:13 TM for women captured international attention. In October 1995, her presentation of her 10X study results received coverage in the Medical Tribunal, Physicians’ Weekly and international wire services, generating interest among health professionals. Her scientific paper on the study was published in the February 1998 Archives of Sexual Behaviour, a highly respected, peer-reviewed scientific journal, Vol. 27 No.1, pp. 1-13. Dr. Cutler also wrote the chapter on the state of the art of human pheromones for a medical textbook to be published by the American Psychiatric Press. Consulted frequently by the media, she is considered an expert on pheromones, sexuality, and reproductive endocrinology.
